The House on the Hill project is located in Minas Gerais, on one of its famous mountains. Bringing local elements with sophisticated architecture, the representation encourages all of those who knows the place or who want a refuge from the urban chaos to embrace the project, evoking desire and ambition.

The project has a balanced layout: it takes advantage of the slope of the land to prolong itself in a cantilever over the garden, bringing movement and lightness to its architecture. With this approach, it positions itself fluidly and efficiently on the terrain, generating a result that is pleasing to the eye, so assertive that it gives the impression that the project has always been part of the natural vegetation.

We took advantage of the harmonious relationship of the land implantation to, alongside a generous vegetation, create an ambience where the house blends in with the surrounding nature, as intended by the author. The choice of angle was also fundamental: we opted for a fluid composition, where we have a path that ends in the linearity of the house, in a horizontal effort that is balanced by the imposing tree on the land. With this game of forces, the result is a strong, thought-provoking and inviting project.
